We offer standard shipping and express shipping for your convenience. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping is available for faster delivery within 1-2 business days for an additional fee of $12.95. International shipping is also available, with delivery times ranging from 7-14 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental US. This means that once your order totals $50 or more, shipping is completely free. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.95 applies for standard shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at info@extfox.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
What items are non-returnable?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need to exchange an item, please start the return process and once it is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
