Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping options available for my order?
We offer standard shipping for domestic orders within the US. For orders over $50, shipping is free and typically takes 3-5 business days. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.95 applies. For faster delivery, express shipping is available for $12.95, which usually arrives within 1-2 business days. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the shipping carrier’s website. Tracking information is updated regularly, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.
Are there any additional costs for shipping?
For domestic orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $5.95 applies. Express shipping is available for an additional $12.95 for faster delivery. There are no additional shipping costs for orders over $50. Please note that we do not charge for international shipping at this time.
What is the delivery time for standard and express shipping?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed and processed, changing the shipping address is not possible. To ensure your order arrives at the correct location, please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. If you need to update your address, you should contact us immediately after placing your order but before it is processed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@extfox.com. Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@extfox.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once we receive your request and verify your eligibility, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What items are non-returnable?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Is there a cooling-off period for returns in the EU?
If you are shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you decide to return your item, please follow the return instructions provided by us.
Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in MKD currency. Currently, we do not support any digital wallets. For your convenience, we provide a seamless checkout process to ensure a smooth payment experience.
Are there any transaction fees for using different payment methods?
We do not charge any transaction fees for payments made in MKD currency. However, please be aware that your bank or payment processor may impose their own fees for international transactions. These fees are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
How secure is my payment information?
We take the security of your payment information very seriously. All credit card information is encrypted during transfer over networks to ensure your data remains secure. We use industry-standard security protocols to protect your financial information and comply with all relevant legal requirements.
Can I use a different currency for payment?
Currently, we only accept payments in MKD currency. We do not support payments in other currencies. If you have any issues or questions regarding currency, please contact us at info@extfox.com for further assistance.

How long does it take to process an order?
Once we receive your order, it is processed promptly. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking information. Processing times may vary slightly based on order volume and other factors.

Yes, you can track the status of your order through your account on our website or via the tracking information we provide once your order ships. Tracking information is updated regularly to keep you informed about the progress of your shipment.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
