When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm CET on a business day leave the warehouse the same day. Tracking arrives by email.
How do I track my order?
Every shipment gets a tracking link by email. It activates within 24 hours.
Orders, shipping, returns and payments. Search the whole knowledge base and get a straight answer in seconds.
Orders placed before 2pm CET on a business day leave the warehouse the same day. Anything after that, or over a weekend, ships the next working day.
You will get a confirmation email the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. That email contains your tracking number.
Once the parcel is on its way:
Peak periods such as Black Friday and the December holidays can add a day or two.
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Available destinations and live shipping rates are shown at checkout as soon as you enter your address.
If your country is not listed, write to us: we can usually arrange a quote manually.
Every shipment gets a tracking link by email. Open it and you will see the carrier's live status.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan. That is normal and does not mean anything went wrong. If it is still blank after two business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.
If the order has not shipped yet, yes. Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as you can and we will update the address, swap a variant, or cancel it outright.
Once the parcel is with the carrier we cannot recall it, but you can still refuse delivery or use the normal return process.
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that is unused and in its original packaging. No explanation needed.
Personalised items, and anything sold as final sale, cannot be returned unless it arrived faulty.
Message us with your order number and which items you are sending back. We reply with a prepaid label and a short set of instructions.
Drop the parcel at any pickup point within 14 days of receiving the label, and you are done.
We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival and issue the refund immediately after.
The money lands back on your original payment method, usually 3-5 business days for cards, faster for PayPal and most local wallets.
We do, for the first return on any order within the EU. Additional returns on the same order carry a small label fee, deducted from the refund.
If an item arrived damaged, faulty, or simply is not what you ordered, return shipping is always on us, and we will say sorry properly.
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Local methods appear automatically based on your country.
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified platform over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number. It goes straight to the payment provider.
Inside the EU, the price you see includes VAT and there is nothing more to pay.
For deliveries outside the EU, your local customs authority may charge import duty or tax on arrival. That charge is set by your country, not by us, and is paid directly to the carrier.
Every product page has a size guide with real measurements taken from the garment, not from a generic chart.
Between two sizes? Size up. Our fits run slightly trim. And if it is wrong when it arrives, the first exchange is free.
Use the Notify me button on the product page. You will get a single email the moment it is back. No newsletter, no follow-ups.
Most restocks land within four to six weeks. Anything permanently discontinued is marked as such on the page.
Every item carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights.
Send us a photo and your order number and we will repair, replace, or refund, whichever suits you best.
No. Guest checkout is always available and takes about a minute.
An account is simply faster next time: saved addresses, order history, and one-click reordering.
We collect only what is needed to process and deliver your order, and we never sell it. Data is stored inside the EU and handled under GDPR.
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just write to us and we will action it within 30 days.
Use the contact form, or reply to any email we have sent you. Messages reach the same small team that packs the orders.
We answer weekdays 9:00 to 17:00 CET, usually within two hours.
